How It Works

Upload your photo of your pet as you order. Make sure it's a clear head-on image. We'll reach out if it isn't right.
2. Customize It
Choose your materials, add a name, and select a size.
3. Our Artists Make it
Once you create your order, our artists digitally illustrate your portrait. The portrait is then produced on the materials of your choice.
4. Proof it + Get it
You'll receive by email a proof/rendering of your portrait, for you to approve before we print and send it to you. No alarms and no surprises!

Working from your photo, our artists paint your portrait digitally, adapting it for production on the material of your choice. Miles ahead of paper prints in plastic frames, our artwork will truly be a conversation-starter for your room: hidef metal, maple wood, and canvas. You'll see what we mean when you see it in person.
Frequently Asked Questions
What Photo Should I use?
1.) The fun part! Make sure you're in a clean, well-lit area with plenty of natural light. And no filters! Our artists will get the best color balance for you working from natural images.
2.) Orientation: For single pet images, get a close & head-on portrait. Show the head, face, ears, neck, and chest. For multiple pet images, follow the same guide. We can combine multiple images.
3.) Try to send the clearest, most portrait-like image you have. Typically we cannot make a portrait if the image we receive has the pet lying down or viewed from an incorrect angle.
Can My Portrait Have Multiple Pets?
Yes! Select the number of pets while placing your order here. Note that images with multiple pets will be in landscape orientation.

Do You Do Cats and Other Animals?
Totally. We make portraits for all kinds of animals. Whether it's a pet bird, a reptile, guinea pig, or some other furry friend -- we can create their portrait. Just be sure to follow our image guidelines above ("What Photo Should I Use").
Can I Change My Order?
Yes, happy to help. Just be sure to email us within 1 hour of placing your order: indiorioinfo@gmail.com
After 1 hour, chances are our designers have already begun on the artwork. It may even already be in production. Changes to orders may cause shipping delays.
How Are These Made?
Once you submit your photo, our design team begins on the artwork. This artwork is then sent to our production team, who imprints the artwork on your choice of material.
You will receive updates from us every step of the way.
